From brothers and acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton, One Steakhouse, located at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will serve an elevated Thanksgiving feast by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, available exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 25.
The centerpiece of the decadent Thanksgiving dinner is an herb-roasted turkey breast with a truffle-braised thigh and leg. Accompaniments include sourdough stuffing, haricots verts with roasted mushroom cream, turkey jus and cranberry port wine relish. The turkey dinner will be priced at $45 per person. One Steakhouse’s wine director, Anthony Ramirez, recommends pairing the Penner-Ash 2018 Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley in Oregon with the holiday feast.
One Steakhouse opens at 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
One Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available, including seasonal dishes for fall. They include a double cut Berkshire pork chop with a bourbon glaze; creamy, smoked gouda polenta with butternut squash; and a golden beet salad tossed with arugula, Midnight Moon aged goat cheese and crispy serrano ham.
One Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting www.onesteakhouse.com.
