Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will spice up November with a limited-edition shrimp nachos plate in celebration of National Nachos Day on Saturday, Nov. 6.
Pancho’s Diablo Shrimp Nachos will feature diablo marinated shrimp served on toasted corn tostaditas, layered with refried beans, cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole with spicy diablo sauce drizzled on top, priced at $17.95 for lunch and $19.95 for dinner.
In addition, Pancho’s classic nachos will be available, made with toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses, topped with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole, with the option to add chicken or beef. Pair any of Pancho’s nachos with one of their signature cocktails for a celebration worthy of National Nachos Day.
