Piero’s Italian Cuisine to Donate Portion of Proceeds from All Oysters Sold in October to Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Treasured Las Vegas fine dining restaurant, Piero’s Italian Cuisine, will honor Breast Cancer Awareness month by donating $1 from each oyster sold throughout the month of October to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), which provides early detection, education and support services to those affected by breast cancer. 

“As a family owned and operated restaurant, we are proud to help in the fight against a disease that impacts so many people and their families every year,” says Piero’s General Manager Evan Glusman. “In addition to enjoying our fresh oysters, guests can show their support to the brave individuals fighting breast cancer and the foundations that help provide relief to them.” 

Piero’s oysters are prepared with a lemon and olive oil mignonette and chef’s hot sauce. Suggested accompaniments include crispy potato wedges made with garlic, parmesan and truffle aioli; grilled asparagus with sea salt, olive oil and balsamic; or sautéed spinach made with olive oil, lemon and garlic.  

Guests may pair their oysters with one of Piero’s specialty cocktails including the Key Lime Pie Martini, Lemon Drop Martini, or a glass of wine from Piero’s collection, one of the largest in the city.
