About The Morlon Greenwood Foundation: The Morlon Greenwood Foundation provides socially and economically disadvantaged students with creative, community based, high-quality programs designed specifically to channel youths’ intellects while honing their individual academic, athletic, and social skills. Strengthening youths’ connections to their respective communities while positively influencing their individualized skill sets through education and athletics provides the structure necessary for these youths to become upstanding members within their communities and abroad.
Our plan of action is to deploy leadership and mentoring programs within the communities we serve. We develop and implement these programs in conjunction with school administrations, teachers, and coaches in elementary, middle, and highs schools. The programs are designed to focus upon leadership training while setting academic, social, and athletic goals for the youth. We also work with other community-based organizations aligned with our mission statement so as to maximize the effectiveness upon the youth. All of our programs are set to meet the specific needs of each individual youth we support.

Player alumni give back in their local communities by raising funds for youth-related charities through their 35 regional chapters. It is a tradition that has existed for more than 50 years.
