One Steakhouse, the exciting new dining collaboration by brothers David Morton and Michael Morton at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will welcome moms with a glass of complimentary sparkling wine in honor of Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 9.
The One Steakhouse menu offers several selections, each prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, to spoil mom on her special day. They include fennel crusted salmon, drizzled with lobster butter and paired with marble potatoes, priced at $38; Alaskan crab pasta, made with miso butter and topped with lemon breadcrumbs, priced at $42; and signature 6 oz. filet mignon, priced at $49, among others. One Steakhouse’s expertly curated wine list provides extensive selections for pairings, from hard-to-find boutique wines to favorites.
Each space within One Steakhouse delivers a distinctive, eye-catching environment, from the open, stylish lounge and intimate dining room on the main floor to the spacious and bright bar and dining room on the second story.
