Boyd Gaming Dining Destinations Serve Up Unforgettable Mother’s Day Specials on May 9

Boyd Gaming destinations across the Las Vegas Valley will be offering delectable menus and specials to treat mom to a memorable Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 9.

Highlighted Menus and Specials:











Fine dining destination MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer an exquisite three-course Mother’s Day special for $70 per person. The meal will start with a MRKT salad as the starter. For the main course, guests can enjoy a 12-ounce, bone-in fillet served with lobster, grilled fennel and beurre blanc. Guests can also enjoy the chef’s choice for dessert, and every mom will receive a glass of Lucien Albrecht Rosé.







Aliante’s The Salted Lime will offer an authentic Mexican special on Mother’s Day for $26 per person. The special features Lobster Tacos Vampiro served with rice and beans. Fried ice cream with caramel sauce and fresh berries will be served for dessert. 







FARM at Aliante is serving up a three-course Mother’s Day special for $19.99 per person. The special features salmon wellington served with the choice of soup or salad and the chef’s choice for dessert.





Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a delectable three-course Mother’s Day menu, offering multiple options, on Sunday, May 9 from 4 p.m. to close for $39.99 per person. Guests will have the choice of cream of asparagus soup or a spring salad as the starter. For the main entrée, diners can choose the charbroiled filet mignon topped with king crab and béarnaise sauce, or the pan-roasted sea bass with a macadamia nut crust and white wine butter sauce served with butter-whipped Yukon gold potatoes and market vegetables. For dessert, diners can choose the warm peach crisp with a brown sugar and butter streusel topping and vanilla ice cream, or the coconut cream cake with Grand Marnier marinated berries and whipped cream. 

Cannery’s Victory’s Café will offer a flavorful three-course Mother’s Day special from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $16.99 per person. The special comes with the choice of the soup of the day or a dinner salad as the starter. For the main course, guests can choose one of two options. The first option is shrimp creole, large shrimp sautéed with sweet peppers, onions and celery in a creole tomato sauce served with saffron rice. The second option is the roast ribeye of beef with au jus and horseradish sour cream served with butter-whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Diners can choose strawberry cheesecake or three-layer carrot cake for dessert. 

Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will offer a memorable Mother’s Day dinner menu on Sunday, May 9 from 4 p.m. to close for $58 per person. The dining experience will begin with crab Napoleon as a starter. Guests will also have the choice of lobster bisque or a very berry salad with honey crisp apples, assorted berries, bleu cheese, sundried cranberries, candied walnuts and raspberry balsamic dressing. The main entrée will feature Oscar-style petit filets topped with crab, white asparagus and béarnaise sauce served with creamy cheesy grits and Parisienne cut vegetables. Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will serve a special Mother’s Day menu from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $46 per person. As a starter, guests can enjoy a house wedge salad with chilled iceberg lettuce, smoked bacon, tomatoes, diced red onion, bleu cheese dressing, sweet balsamic reduction and crispy onions. The main entrée will feature the Bailiwick Trio that includes a petit filet with bordello wine sauce, a bacon-wrapped scallop with mandarin butter glaze, and lamb lollipop served over mushroom risotto and fresh grilled asparagus. To end the meal, guests will be served chocolate petit fours for dessert. 

The Orleans’ Copper Whisk Café will be serving a three-course Mother’s Day special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.99 per person. The Mother’s Day special will start with the choice of soup du jour or a house salad. The Copper Whisk Combo will be served as the main entrée, featuring New York steak and fire-roasted salmon served with corn relish and au gratin potatoes. A fresh fruit tart will be served for dessert. 

Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer a decadent Mother’s Day special from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $46 per person. Guests can start their dinner with the choice of soup du jour, or a house or Caesar salad. For the main course, guests will choose one of two options. The first option is the classic beef Wellington, a petite center-cut filet mignon with mushroom duxelles wrapped in a flaky puff pastry with perigourdine sauce. The second option is the orange roughy and crab cake Napoleon served with cauliflower rice and lemon citrus cream. Guests can end the meal with a chocolate decadence lava cake served with vanilla bean gelato and salted caramel sauce. Reservations are highly recommended. Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s 90 NINETY Bar + Grill is featuring a Mother’s Day special for $26.95 per person that includes a baked red snapper with a creole mango infusion, shrimp and mango salsa, garlic mashed potato, asparagus, baby carrots and lemon citrus butter. 

On Mother’s Day, Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will serve a tasty special for $21.99. The special features bone-in chicken breast and shrimp scampi served with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables, with a choice of pie for dessert.

The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will serve a delicious three-course Mother’s Day special for $49 per person. The meal will start with a spring salad, featuring a mesclun mix, garden vegetables, herbed Parker House croutons and the diner’s choice of dressing. The Surf and Turf main course features a petit filet mignon and butter-broiled lobster tail served with whipped potatoes and the chef’s fresh vegetable selection. Guests will delight in berries Chambord for dessert with French vanilla ice cream, macerated brambleberries, Chambord and simple syrup glaze. 

California Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination, Redwood Steakhouse, will serve a scrumptious Mother’s Day menu on Sunday, May 9 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $65 per person. The meal will begin with a spring spinach salad with goat cheese, seasonal berries, mandarin segments and champagne vinaigrette. The appetizer will feature an asparagus prosciutto crostini with garlic-infused baguette, ricotta cheese, asparagus prosciutto and extra virgin olive oil. For the main entrée, guests will be served a pan-seared Creekstone Farms filet basted with herbs and brown butter, and a charbroiled lobster tail served with roasted red potatoes and lemon butter broccolini. A lemon sorbet martini with Midori liqueur will be served for dessert.

Tony Roma’s at Fremont Hotel and Casino is serving up Mother’s Day specials from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Guests can order the asiago-crusted airline chicken breast served with wild rice and seared green beans for $18.99. Diners can also enjoy the roasted prime rib with Yorkshire pudding served with baked potato and seared green beans for $29.99. Both specials will be served with the choice of soup or salad and a complimentary glass of house wine.

Since reopening, all Boyd Gaming destinations have practiced “Boyd Clean,” a set of comprehensive protocols aimed at protecting the health and safety of its team members and guests. These safety protocols include requiring team members and guests to wear facial coverings, practicing social distancing and more.
