Chef shares lessons beyond the kitchen walls, and partners with mentors, such as Chef Dan Thompson, from D’Agostino’s Trattoria, to teach the kids, and introduce them to other talents, and diverse menu items. The students learn life skills that no one can ever take away. Together, the Chefs unite to provide an exclusive dinner experience for both patrons and the youth in training.
