Easter Specials at Carmine’s & Virgil’s

Carmine’s at The Forum Shops and Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The LINQ Promenade will be offering Easter specials on Sunday, April 4.

Carmine’s (each dish feed 4-6 people):

• Stuffed Salmon – spinach, crab meat, scallops, shrimps, celery and red peppers, seasoned bread crumbs, white wine and lemon juice  $65
• Rack of Lamb – with grilled & roasted vegetables, carrots, red bliss potatoes, red onion, zucchini, fennel, eggplant, yellow squash, and Portobello mushrooms, served with red wine sauce, black & green olives and Sundried tomatoes $ 95 (photo attached)

Virgil’s:

• Smoked Boneless Ribeye – served with choice of 2 homemade sides & cornbread $39.95
