Feast Good, Feel Good, as Local Las Vegas Restaurants Curate a Special Prix Fixe Menu to Fight Hunger in Southern Nevada for Three Square’s 2023 Restaurant Week

Join off-strip celebrated chefs such as Chef Todd English, Chef Thomas Griese, Chef Francesco Di Caudo, Chef Miguel Martinez (to name a few) and renowned strip chefs including Michelin awarded chef, Shaun Hergatt, from Caviar Bar & Seafood or Chef Sani Hebaj from Villa Azur, to feast good and feel good in the spirit of feeding hungry families in Southern Nevada.

Basilico in Southwest Las Vegas, Caviar Bar in Resorts World, JING in Downtown Summerlin, Todd English’s Olives in Virgin Hotels, The Stove in Henderson and Villa Azur in the Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian are some of the few restaurants that are participating in local food bank’s, Three Square, Restaurant Week this Summer June 5th – 16th, 2023.

“Now in its 16th year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week gives restaurants in our community the opportunity to give back through the culinary arts.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual 12-day event, held every spring, that encourages people to dine out for a good meal, a good value, and a good cause. The city’s finest restaurants offer special three-course prix fixe menus, donating a small portion of proceeds to Three Square Food Bank.

Basilico

Antipasti (First Course); Choice of:
Gnocco Fritto made with stracciatella, adobbo di parma and a red onion-lambrusco jam
Lollo Rosso made with anchovies, parmigiano, cured yolk and a guanciale dressing
Burrata made with a roasted rainbow carrots salad and a sorrel-pistachio pesto
Pasta (Second Course):
Parsnips Cavatelli made with fennel seed sausage ragu and sottocenere cheese
Main Course (Third Course); Choice of:
Branzino made with yams, porcini, spinach and fig sauce
Short Ribs made with potato sfogliata, maitake mushroom and castelmagno cheese
Dessert (Fourth Course):
Parmigiano Gelato, a table-side dessert made with a lemon-ginger pound cake, spiced poached pear and saba
