Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual 12-day event, held every spring, that encourages people to dine out for a good meal, a good value, and a good cause. The city’s finest restaurants offer special three-course prix fixe menus, donating a small portion of proceeds to Three Square Food Bank.

- Antipasti (First Course); Choice of:
- Gnocco Fritto made with stracciatella, adobbo di parma and a red onion-lambrusco jam
- Lollo Rosso made with anchovies, parmigiano, cured yolk and a guanciale dressing
- Burrata made with a roasted rainbow carrots salad and a sorrel-pistachio pesto
- Pasta (Second Course):
- Parsnips Cavatelli made with fennel seed sausage ragu and sottocenere cheese
- Main Course (Third Course); Choice of:
- Branzino made with yams, porcini, spinach and fig sauce
- Short Ribs made with potato sfogliata, maitake mushroom and castelmagno cheese
- Dessert (Fourth Course):
- Parmigiano Gelato, a table-side dessert made with a lemon-ginger pound cake, spiced poached pear and saba
