Give Thanks with a Feast This Thanksgiving at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is celebrating Thanksgiving with flavors from around the world through special menus from its signature restaurants including WAKUDA, Yardbird and CHICA.

WAKUDA

WAKUDA by Chef Tetsuya Wakuda redefines high-end, modern Japanese dining and this Thanksgiving, guests can indulge in a multicourse family-style feast. Dishes include toro tartare, caviar, king salmon with truffle salsa, grilled black snapper, Maine lobster, dry-aged rib eye, sushi and dessert. This special menu is available Nov. 23 from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $150 per person.

BOUCHON

Bouchon by Thomas Keller is offering a special Thanksgiving menu available only on November 23. The elevated feast features a three-course menu with several dishes to choose from including turkey with bakery stuffing, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry and turkey gravy; red wine braised beef short rib with fingerling potatoes, button mushrooms; or pan-seared day boat scallops with mushroom risotto and crispy kale chips. This holiday menu is $120 per person and guests can complement the meal with a wine pairing for an additional $50 per person.

BUDDY V’S RISTORANTE

Buddy V’s Ristorante by Buddy Valastro is serving up a three-course prix fixe family feast with Italian American Thanksgiving favorites. The meal starts with a bowl of roasted butternut squash soup, followed by a traditional holiday dinner of slow-roasted turkey breast with turkey sausage and pancetta herb stuffing, sweet yams, cranberry relish and classic gravy. For the finale, apple spice cake with warm compote and salted caramel pumpkin bundt cake with maple glaze and candied pecans. The three-course Thanksgiving menu is $72 per person or available a la carte.

BLACK TAP CRAFT BURGERS & BEER

Throughout November, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is offering flavors of the fall with a sweet and savory sandwich made of fried turkey, melted brie, pecan and cranberry stuffing, roasted garlic mayo and watercress. The Sweet Potato Pie Classic Shake is also available and includes a vanilla base with sweet potato puree, toasted marshmallow syrup, topped with whipped cream, cinnamon, nutmeg and cherry.

Yardbird featuring American cuisine offers guests two holiday menus and experiences to choose from:

For guests wanting to eat in the comfort of their own home, but not cook, Yardbird is offering a family-style package with herb-roasted turkey and all the fixings including mashed potatoes, biscuit stuffing, spiced honey glazed brussels sprouts, bourbon brown butter glazed yams and brown butter bourbon pumpkin pie for dessert. For dine-in patrons looking to experience the holiday feast, Yardbird’s Thanksgiving a la carte menu includes melted leek potato gratin, herb-roasted Yardbird turkey dinner with all the fixings, lobster mac and cheese, Charleston she-crab soup and brown butter bourbon pumpkin pie. This a la carte menu is available Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

CHICA

CHICA by Chef Lorena Garcia is spicing up this year’s Thanksgiving menu by putting a Latin American twist on some of the classic dishes. Served a la carte, the menu includes roasted beet salad with apples, jicama, peanut Morita dressing, pomegranate and oranges, heritage turkey roulade featuring pork and tequila pickles apricot stuffed turkey breast, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, pecan salsa macha, chipotle cranberry sauce, chorizo cornbread stuffing and three-day gravy, and for something sweet the cajeta pecan pie. This menu is available Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
