Home to Las Vegas’ favorite pop-up concepts from renowned and up-and-coming chefs, the iconic Vegas Test Kitchen will celebrate two years in Downtown Las Vegas with a free anniversary party on Sunday, December 11 from 11am-4pm.
“The last two years have been incredible,” says Jolene Mannina, Vegas Test Kitchen Founder. “Vegas Test Kitchen is honored to work with so many fantastic chefs and provide opportunities to showcase their talents. Cheers to more concepts, more chefs, and even more fantastic food in the years to come!”
Celebrating Two Years
The anniversary party will celebrate Vegas Test Kitchen with live music, great vibes, and food and bites to purchase.
Though the event is free, guests should reserve their spot HERE.
- Bites & Drinks
- The party will bring both new and old faces to the kitchen, with bites available to purchase from concepts including Down 2 Earth, Sliced, Popnpies, Banichka, This Mama’s House, Stay Tuned Burgers, and Chef Justin Hall
- Glou-Glou Wine Club
- Available from 12-3pm during the celebration, guests can participate in the Glou-Glou Wine Club to taste organic and low-intervention wines from around the globe, curated by wine expert Kirk Peterson. Tickets include five wines for $25 or ten wines for $35, and guests can guarantee their tasting HERE or purchase the tasting at the event

- Dunk the Halls! Chef Justin Kingsley Hall is getting in the dunk tank for a good cause, supporting the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention (AFSP)
- Christmas Tree For a Cause – Receive an ornament to help decorate the Vegas Test Kitchen Christmas tree by donating to Shade Tree, Noah’s Animal Hospital, or AFSP
Located on the Fergusons Downtown City Block and offering a rotating menu from sandwiches to sushi and everything in between, Vegas Test Kitchen is Downtown Las Vegas’ first food hall, designed during the pandemic to serve as a home and creative outlet for the talented chefs in the Las Vegas community.
Now, two years later, Vegas Test Kitchen has shared its kitchen with roughly 75 concepts, serving as the launching pad for several successful restaurants.
