A menu of delectable culinary offerings and Ketel One Botanical-themed cocktails will be served amidst lush floral décor
Ready to stop and smell the roses? On Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, beginning at 6 p.m., Foundation Room inside Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino will host Botanical Interests, a two-day rooftop garden party.
Guests will be immersed in a garden of floral decor and blooms as they sip, savor and revel through the night.
Each evening will feature a menu of luscious handcrafted Ketel One Botanical-themed cocktails and succulent culinary creations, including:
Shellfish Platter – Lobster salad, crab claws, oysters and jumbo shrimp accompanied with yuzu mignonette and horseradish cocktail sauce.
Afternoon Delight – Lobster rolls, fries and fry sauce; cranberry scones with butter; and lemon vanilla cake bonbons.
Charcuterie & Cheese – Chef’s selection of three artisan cheeses and two cured meats with accompaniments.
Crab Cake – Sweet jumbo lump crab with green goddess sorrel, frisee and potato crisp.
Cauliflower Tempura – With Sambal Oelek aioli and ponzu sauce.
Tomato & Mozzarella – Heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.
Korean Fried Chicken & Bao Buns – With cucumber, green onion, cilantro and Asian BBQ sauce.
