Highlights include the return of the all-you-can eat package for football fans on game days, plus Mexican Independence Day and National Cheese Pizza Day.
Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Vegas destinations located on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, will welcome football fans throughout September with the return of the Ultimate Tailgate Package on Saturdays and Sundays. Popular stations like Pizzaoki and Lola’s Burgers will also attract crowds this month with events including National Cheese Pizza Day and National Cheeseburger Day, among other holidays throughout September.

- Oyster Happy Hour: Monday – Friday, 4-6 p.m.:
- Proper Eats’ Proper Bar, a picturesque social hub overlooking the resort’s lavish pool, will host an oyster happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Oysters range from top varieties found from coast to coast including Atlantic Blue Point oysters, among others, pending availability. Shucked to order and presented on a bed of ice with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauces, the oysters are priced at $2 each.

- Football Season Kickoff – Ultimate Tailgate Package
- Proper Eats Food Hall will kick off football season the first week in September with the glorious return of the Ultimate Tailgate Package. Priced at $59, the Ultimate Tailgate offers one of the best deals on the strip with an all-you-can-eat package for football fans each Saturday and Sunday throughout the season. The package will only be available to guests seated in the Proper Bar area. Guests will be limited to three hours, and everyone at a table must participate in the offer; all beverages will be sold separately. The package will include unlimited eats at nearly all of Proper Eats’ concepts, including Easy’s Donuts, Egghead, Happy Leaf, Laughing Buddha, Lola’s Burgers, Parm Italian, Pizzaoki, Seoul Bird and Wexler’s Deli. Guests may add cut rolls from Temaki Bar to the package for an additional $20.
- Labor Day – Saturday, Aug. 31 through Monday, Sept. 2
- Along with serving as a hub for football fans, Proper Eats Food Hall will also be a go-to destination for groups celebrating the last days of summer on Labor Day this year, offering a wide variety of acclaimed eats from salads and noodles to sushi and burgers. Additionally, from Saturday, Aug. 31 through Monday, Sept. 2, Proper Bar will celebrate Labor Day by offering a bottomless mimosas and bloody marys package priced at $21.
- National Cheese Pizza Day – Thursday, Sept. 5
- Pizza lovers can visit Pizzaoki on National Cheese Pizza Day and enjoy New York-style slices inspired by traditional Italian craftsmanship. The brainchild of Grammy-nominated artist/DJ/producer and Las Vegas resident, Steve Aoki, Pizzaoki features only the finest ingredients, from herb-infused dough and fresh vegetables to San Marzano tomatoes and ultra premium mozzarella. Guests can order signature items by the slice or take the whole pie, with popular creations including Pursuit of Happiness, made with mozzarella, marinara and basil, priced at $8.50 by the slice and $34.50 for the pie; and Mic Drop, made with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni and marinara, priced at $9.50 by the slice and $36.50 for the pie.
- Mexican Independence Day – Friday, Sept. 13 through Monday, Sept. 16
- Proper Bar will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with Latin music and bottomless house margaritas,priced at $29 per person, from Friday, Sept. 13 through Monday, Sept. 16. The beverage is made with Tres Generaciones tequila, triple sec, lime juice and agave, served in a salt-rimmed rocks glass and garnished with a fresh lime wheel. The bottomless margarita package is limited to two hours per person. Additionally, Proper Bar will offer a tequila tasting add-on for $19, allowing guests to try a flight of reposado, añejo and blanco.
- National Cheeseburger Day – Wednesday, Sept. 18
- Lola’s Burgers will be a go-to destination for cheeseburger lovers on National Cheeseburger Day. Priced at $17, the venue’s famous Smash Burger is assembled with two beef patties, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing on a sesame seed bun. Lola’s Burgers was conceptualized by restaurateur and Proper Eats partner, Oliver Wharton, as a tribute to his father, Michael, who popularized the gourmet burger in New York City in the ‘70s and ‘80s, as well as his daughter, Lola, who helped develop the recipe based on her grandfather’s crave-worthy creations.
- National Coffee Day – Sunday, Sept. 29
- Open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Easy’s Donuts & Coffee offers a variety of breakfast treats like croissants and muffins as well as light bites like fruit bowls and, of course, a wide selection of premium and classic donuts. Easy’s also offers an extensive coffee menu for guests who like a little java with their breakfast, making this popular venue a place to visit on Coffee Day.

Happy Leaf: The newest addition to Proper Eats Food Hall is now open and offering healthy options among the halls’ lineup of delicious meals. The latest concept and 10th station for Proper Eats serves a variety of crisp greens and salad options and is located between Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird and Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki.

Easy’s Donuts: A charming coffee and donut shop, Easy Donuts serves craft coffees and an array of specialty donuts, including seasonal creations to delight taste buds.
Egghead: Tao Hospitality’s Egghead from New York City brings delicious egg-centric sandwiches, including its signature sandwich made with eggs and cheese served on freshly baked potato brioche bread, to Las Vegas with a modern spin on the classic breakfast.

Wexler’s Deli: Made famous in Los Angeles for its old-school Jewish deli classics made with handcrafted pastrami and smoked salmon, Wexler’s Deli serves several bagels and sandwiches. Las Vegas exclusives include the “Moe Greene,” a toasted bagel topped with lox, paddlefish caviar and gold leaf; and new offerings include the “Macarthur Park,” a grilled pastrami Reuben made with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw on rye bread; and the “Ocean Avenue,” a hearty tuna salad sandwich made with butter lettuce and red onion on rye bread.

Laughing Buddha: Steamy, delectable ramen noodles and fragrant broths unite for a texture that is rich and silky with a deep umami flavor at Laughing Buddha, which serves tonkotsu and miso ramen as well as pork belly and crispy eggplant bao buns.
Lola’s Burgers: Lola’s Burgers are made with premium beef, served on freshly baked buns and include offerings such as the “Smash Burger,” a double patty with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing; and the “backyard classic,” made with a 6 oz patty, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Pizzaoki: The brainchild of GRAMMY-nominated artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki, Pizzaoki is a delicious take on New York-style pizzas, featuring everything from time-tested classic pies to vegan and cauliflower crust options. Available by the slice or 18″ pie, menu options include the “Pursuit of Happiness” topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and basil; and the “Hiroquest,” topped with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, capicola and tomato sauce; among other signature pies.
Seoul Bird: Created by Food Network superstar Judy Joo and her partner Andrew Hales, this is the first Seoul Bird outside of London. Inspired by both Joo’s Korean American heritage and the duo’s food tours across South Korea, which have seen them eat their way from Seoul to Busan numerous times, Seoul Bird is built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavors. The venue’s signature Seoul chicken sandwich is made with Seoul Bird’s famous crispy double fried chicken breast and topped with American cheese, fresh lettuce and red onion, then topped with house-made umami sauce and kewpie mayo. kewpie mayo.
Temaki: Clique’s newly created Temaki serves fresh, made-to-order innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.
Parm Famous Italian: Since the original location of Parm opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011, the restaurant’s takes on Italian-American soul food have reached iconic status. From the prized Chicken Parm to the homemade meatballs to the Spicy Rotini, the menu is inspired by the cooking Michelin-starred chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi ate growing up. The goal is to make the best versions of these recognizable dishes while remaining faithful to their history—and to serve them in a fun, familial environment.
