Clique Hospitality’s elevated food hall to offer pop-up restaurants and specialty menus highlighting dishes from the away teams’ hometowns
The “Taste of Home” series at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will bring delicious culinary selections from each opponent’s home city when they visit Las Vegas throughout the professional football season.
The pop-up series will continue into November starting with a prime time matchup with New York and a popup from Wexler’s, Friday, Nov. 10 through Sunday, Nov. 12 and a matchup with the defending champs and a popup from Harp Barbecue, from Friday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 26.
When the New York team touches down in Vegas for a prime time game, Proper Eats will celebrate by highlighting their own Wexler’s Deli, and putting a Las Vegas spin on some New York classics available from Friday, Nov. 10 through Sunday, Nov. 12.
Swifties and fans of the defending champs won’t feel far from home for long when they arrive in Las Vegas. Proper Eats will present offerings with a pop-up from Kansas City favorite Harp Barbecue with smoky and savory options that will be available from Friday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 26.
More pop-ups honoring visiting professional football teams will be announced throughout the season.
The “Taste of Home” series is available as part of Proper Eats’ all-you-can-eat “Ultimate Tailgate” package available on Sundays during professional regular season football games for $55 per person. Guests may add cut sushi rolls from the Temaki station to their “Ultimate Tailgate” for an additional $20. The “Ultimate Tailgate” package is limited to guests sitting in the Proper Bar area and limited to three hours. All guests at a table must be participating to order.
A social hub within Proper Eats, Proper Bar will also offer a full menu of beers, craft cocktails and wine. Specialty cocktails are prepared to order as well as house-made cocktails served on tap, including margaritas and old fashioned.
Proper Bar serves over a dozen beer selections in bottles and on draft, including Heineken, Stella Artois and Elysian Space Dust IPA. Proper Bar offers more than 20 seats at the bar, plus high tops and comfortable booths. HDTVs surround the bar and lounge, offering prime sports viewing from every seat.
