Leap Year offers an extra day to party, and the two downtown hotspots will have every minute planned. The group will toast to the guest of honor in a lavish suite at Circa; get the night started with a cocktail party at Legacy Club, Circa’s rooftop cocktail lounge; make a splash with a cabana at Stadium Swim, Las Vegas’ only year-round pool amphitheater; feast on an exquisite dinner at Andiamo Italian Steakhouse in the D and Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa; and much more.

“Suite” Luxury: Relax and unwind with a three-night stay at Circa, an adults-only casino resort on the world-famous Fremont Street Experience. The winner will have the option to choose between a room with two double king beds, offering a dual vanity, walk-in shower and panoramic views of the city; or upgrade to the 1,300-square-foot Bunk Suite fit with a living room, dining area, full bar and four sets of old-school bunk beds.
Birthday Toast: Raise a glass to the guest of honor’s rare birthday with a cocktail party at Legacy Club, the 60-story high lounge at Circa. In an intimate atmosphere filled with music and radiant vibes, enjoy the choice of two complimentary cocktails and champagne. Then, step outside to the terrace for photo-worthy views of the downtown skyline and a cozy fire pit for everyone to enjoy.
Pool Party: The winner and his/her birthday squad will splash into a private poolside cabana at Stadium Swim, complete with a $2,000 food & beverage credit. Circa’s year-round pool amphitheater features a massive 143-foot diagonal screen and six heated pools.
Luxury Dinner Experiences: Kick the nights off with dinners at some of downtown Las Vegas’ top restaurants. This will include elevated Italian cuisine Andiamo Italian Steakhouse at the D, and the finest steak and seafood at Barry’s Downtown Prime in Circa.
Limo Transportation: Travel through the Strip and downtown in style with a limousine ride to and from the airport.
Entries are open now through Monday, February 19. It is strongly advised not to leap over any details, as a party of this magnitude requires a celebrant who is prepared to revel in the experience.
To be eligible for this package, leapers must be recognizing their fifth or more leap birthday – so be at least 21 years old – and provide a valid photo ID. Participants who do not receive the grand prize will receive a 29 percent discount on their next hotel stay at Circa, valid until December 28, 2024. Blackout dates may apply.
There will still be every reason to be festive, even if not chosen for the party package. On February 29, Leap Year birthday girls and boys can enjoy unlimited complimentary drinks from Bar Prohibition! at the 30-leap-year-old Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, BarCanada at the D and OverHang Bar at Circa.
Celebrants can pick up a wristband at any Club One desk and bar-hop from 6 p.m. to midnight. Must present a valid photo ID and be 21 or older.
