About Ada’s Wine Bar
From James Beard Finalist Chef James Trees and LEV Group, Ada’s Wine Bar presents wines of the world, accompanied by classic and creative shareable plates, boards and more. Chosen for their intrigue, value and delight, the innovative wine list includes whites, roses and reds from around the world, categorized by descriptors such as “zesty, bright & aromatic” or “bold, spicy & rich” rather than region or grape.
Along with nearly 100 bottle selections (starting at $30), nearly two dozen wines by the glass are offered starting at $9. Sparkling wines, sherries, amaros and beers are also available. The carefully curated menu is inspired by Chef Trees’ travels around Spain and the Mediterranean, in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Jackson Stamper formerly of Employees Only in New York. Led by Advanced Sommelier Kat “Wine Goddess” Thomas, the floor team is composed of accomplished sommeliers and wine enthusiasts.
Offering indoor and outdoor seating, Ada’s Wine Bar has a fresh look including kitchen-facing wraparound wood bartop, tufted banquettes and hightop group tables. Recent accolades include: Best New Wine Bar (Vegas Magazine); The Best Bars in Vegas -and- Best Places for Drinking Wine in Las Vegas (both Thrillist); and Best Restaurants in Las Vegas (Pure Wow).
