JING Brunch Menu Specials and Costume Contest on Sunday, October 30
The global fusion hotspot destination in Downtown Summerlin is excited to share its Halloween Brunch specials created by Executive Chef Thomas Griese and announce the second annual Halloween Party Brunch with cash prizes for the scariest, sexiest and most original costume.
JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin is adding spooky Halloween Specials to their Brunch Menu to kick off its second annual Halloween Party Brunch on Sunday, October 30 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Reservations are highly recommended as last year it was completely sold out! These Halloween-themed additions consist of four sweet and savory dishes plus three sinful cocktails including the Poison Apple by GHOST Tequila.
Chef Griese’s menu highlights include Pumpkin Spice French Toast – white chocolate, pumpkin whipped crème, spiced maple syrup; The “Undertaker Tomahawk” – coffin smoked Wagyu Tomahawk, tableside presentation black peppered mashed potatoes, two scary sauces; Halloween Sushi Roll – Japanese red sushi rice, Scottish salmon, crispy carrots, unagi sauce, tempura flakes; and Candy Corn Fruit Parfait – pineapple, fresh mango, mandarin “blood” orange, lemongrass whip.
Featured spooky cocktails include Poison Apple – Ghost Tequila, sour apple, lime, agave; Black Widow – Ghost Tequila, lemon, pomegranate juice, agave; and Zombie – Koloa White Rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, Koloa Dark Rum Float.
Additionally, JING Las Vegas will also be hosting its Halloween Costume Contest! There are three categories: Scariest, Sexiest and Most Original Costume. There is a $500 cash prize for the top winner!
