Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate Independence Day with a specialty margarita, the Lady Liberty, on Monday, July 4.
The Lady Liberty margarita will feature Campo Azul tequila, Triple Sec, blue curacao, homemade sweet and sour and a red sugar rim, priced at $12.50. Drinks can be paired with Mexican favorites such as soft tacos with choice of meat, served with rice, beans, sour cream and guacamole; nachos layered with beans and cheddar and jack cheese, topped with diced tomatoes jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole; and enchiladas de mole made with shredded chicken, red mole poblano sauce, sprinkled with Cotija cheese and garnished with red onions.
