Peyote, Corner Bar Management’s boutique restaurant and bar awash with desert charm and pastel hues, features two elevated craft cocktails to enjoy on the patio or at the bar for National Gin Day. The Posh Pear G & T is a concoction of Cruxland gin, pear, thyme and black currant shrub, and Top Note tonic, while Blood Moon is a mix of gin, Lillet blanc, blood orange, vanilla and lemon.
The Laundry Room
The Laundry Room, located Downtown inside Commonwealth, is an internationally acclaimed cocktail haven with limited seating and a menu of exceptional craft cocktails, including three primed for World Gin Day: Thyme Bandit, Back in Kokomo and Found It. Thyme Bandit, made with rhubarb gin, lime, amaro, alpine liqueur and thyme, is described as an exotic, herbal and citric tonic that will have you missing some hours after sipping a few. Back In Kokomo is a frothy and fuzzy tropical cocktail made with gin, falernum, lemon and passionfruit syrup. A mixture of gin, lime, rose, cucumber, mint, egg whites and bubbles, the Found It has refreshing minted cucumber and rose notes melded into a soft froth.
Park on Fremont
Park on Fremont brings design, craft cocktails and an irreverent art collection together as a whimsical restaurant and bar on the corner of Fremont Street. Toast to World Gin Day on Park on Fremont’s garden-inspired patio with the Twig & Berries Mule, made with Hendrick’s Gin, elderberry liqueur, fresh lime, seasonal berries and ginger beer.

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is a hidden speakeasy inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Tucked away behind the janitor’s door of a fully-functioning barbershop, it offers live music every night and Prohibition-inspired cocktails. For the gin lover, swagger over to the bar and order the “Wild Orchid,” made with Botanist gin, creme de violette, lemon juice, egg white, lavender bitters, absinthe mist with a hibiscus rim.
CliQue Bar & Lounge
CliQue Bar & Lounge is an upscale, intimate lounge at the heart of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas casino floor.
