Muttertag, or Mother’s Day, is this Sunday, May 8, and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is celebrating with a special menu of delectable dishes designed with mom in mind.
Mother’s Day specials include Spargelcremesuppe, cream of asparagus soup garnished with croutons and chives; Spargel mit Lachs, green asparagus sautéed in olive oil, served with chopped hardboiled eggs and smoked salmon roses, and garnished with watermelon radishes and vinaigrette; and Zitronenhähnchen mit Rizi Bizi, sautéed chicken breast topped with creamy lemon sauce, served with rizi bizi (rice and green peas), mushrooms and garden spring vegetables, and garnished with lemons.
Crêpes mit frischen Erdbeeren
For dessert, treat mom to Crêpes mit frischen Erdbeeren, warm homemade crêpes filled with fresh strawberries and served with vanilla ice cream. Mom can also indulge in the special cocktail of the day – German Electric Lemonade, featuring Deep Eddy Vodka, Marie Brizard Blue Curacao, fresh lemon sour and Hofbräu Original Lager, served in a half liter stein.
