Restaurant to commemorate Mother’s Day with special dishes
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will honor Mother’s Day with delectable menu specials for brunch and dinner on Sunday, May 8.
Bottiglia’s Mother’s Day celebration will feature stuffed banana French toast with mascarpone cream, fresh bananas, brown butter caramel and pecan syrup for brunch, available from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. All-day specials will include melon and prosciutto salad with arugula, cantaloupe, watermelon, torn burrata and prosciutto; lobster tagliatelle with a mushroom medley, asparagus and lemon crème; and a strawberry shortcake shoe with chiffon cake, vanilla custard and fresh strawberries for dessert.
