To celebrate the holiday, Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland will serve the torta de rueben, prepared with corned beef, pepper jack cheese, creamy, flavorful sauce and sauerkraut on bolillo bread, priced at $16.95; and a corned beef quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese, sauerkraut and creamy, flavorful sauce on a flour tortilla, served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream, priced at $19.95.
Additionally, green beer will be available with prices starting at $8.50.
Cabo Wabo will also offer happy hour specials, including half-off select appetizers, margaritas, sangrias and draft beers from 3 to 5 p.m.
