With multiple large screen HDTVs, including a 200-inch video grid visible throughout the cantina, every seat at Cabo Wabo is a great seat. Guests can make their dinner roster selections from a tantalizing menu of shareables including Cabo’s nacho platter, made with a house cheese blend, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, sour cream and guacamole; or the popular fundido de queso con chorizo, made with homemade pork chorizo on a bed of melted Oaxaca, Asiago, provolone and cotija cheese and served in warm cast iron skillet.
Fans can also dive into the new triple dipper, fresh tortilla chips are served with the dip trifecta of salsa, melted queso and guacamole, ensuring everyone in the party will find their perfect dip.
