Concertgoers tonight enjoyed an authentic Louisiana Creole musical experience during the Mardi Gras Mambo concert tour featuring the Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Nathan and the Zydeco Cha Chas.

To enhance the experience, the City of Henderson also provided a live feed of the concert to the Water Street Plaza’s 42-foot-wide digital screen.

The Dirty Dozen Brass Band are pioneers of the modern New Orleans brass band movement and are recognized worldwide as an unstoppable musical machine. Nathan Williams and the Zydeco Cha Chas deliver a direct connection to the legends of their genre such as Clifton Chenier and Boozoo Chavis.
