The “Tower of Love” features hand-selected shellfish
Brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s ONE Steakhouse, located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will offer a romantic seafood “Tower of Love” featuring hand-selected shellfish and sparkling rosé to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Elevating the holiday to another level, ONE Steakhouse will serve a limited-time only “Tower of Love,” available Friday, Feb. 11 through Monday, Feb. 14. The seafood tower will feature Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobster Tail, jumbo shrimp, oysters on the half shell and caviar parfait, priced for two at $99. For pairing with the “Tower of Love,” ONE Steakhouse’s Wine Director Anthony Ramirez recommends the Brut Rosé from Domaine Chandon for its dry, fruit flavors to cut through the richness of the seafood, priced at $18 per glass.
ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available. Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection at ONE Steakhouse, where favorites include mouthwatering Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; ricotta gnocchi made with parmesan Reggiano and creamy peppercorn; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper purée and jalapeño. Additionally, Munster’s signature “Tomahawk Feast” is a dry-aged, 16-lb USDA prime tomahawk steak, carved tableside for 10-12 people.
One Steakhouse is open daily at 5 p.m. and can be found just steps away from the hotel’s valet on Harmon Avenue. Reservations may be made by calling 702-522-8111 or visiting www.onesteakhouse.com.
