Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada will bring the heat this Valentine’s Day with specialty dishes and cocktails beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14.
Borracha’s Valentine’s Day menu will include grilled Spanish octopus with chorizo, potatoes, jalapeño aioli and micro-cilantro; lobster and crab enchiladas with Maine lobster, crab, and roasted tomatillo salsa verde; and red velvet flan with strawberry coulis for dessert.
Romantic cocktails include the Heat of the Moment, made with Espolón Reposado tequila, passion fruit, Fresno chili, lime and agave nectar, served in a glass with a cinnamon sugar rim. Borracha’s full menu will also be available.
