With the theme “Life is like a box of chocolates,” Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier’s Valentine Collection includes popular American flavors handcrafted and curated with French flare. Flavors include the Red Heart, Life Is Like a Peanut Butter Cup, with homemade Peanut Butter Cup and premium milk chocolate; Pink Heart, Life Is Like a Trip to Paradise with Passionfruit Ganache in Premium Milk Chocolate; Blush Shimmer Heart, Life Is Like a Chocolate Covered Strawberry, with strawberry ganache in premium dark chocolate; and Mermaid Heart, Life Is Like a Birthday Party, withcreamy and dreamy Tahitian Vanilla Ganache in Premium White Chocolate. Other featured chocolates include variations of the New York Times Award-Winning Double Sea Salted Caramelwith chewy sea salt caramel, sea salt caramel ganache covered in premium dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.
