On Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, the resort reflected on two decades of memories and success celebrating its customers and team members.
To commemorate its 20th birthday, the resort created a signature anniversary cocktail, the Forever Young, which is a whimsical play on the Aviation cocktail featuring purple cotton candy that magically dissolves into a sparkling swirl of Belvedere, crème de violette, luxardo maraschino liqueur, and lemon juice. The cocktail is available at all specialty bars.
Fireworks by Grucci, wowed attendees as they took in breathtaking views of colorful bursts from the resort’s Backyard.
And the ultimate culmination of GVR’s anniversary celebration was the return of Drop Bar, reimagined. A popular spot known for its magnetic meet-ups and last calls, Drop Bar reopened with a full redesign and refreshed cocktail program.
