Dining destination at Green Valley Ranch to celebrate Christmas with a special feast available for dine-in and to-go
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will offer a delectable 3-course Christmas meal for dine-in and to-go, available Dec. 24 and Dec. 25.
The Christmas menu includes tortellini soup with ceci beans, cheese tortellini, spinach, tomatoes and Asiago or beef carpaccio with peppadew crema, parmesan, chive oil, cara cara orange and crostini; herb-roasted Mary’s chicken with braised cannellini beans, pancetta crisp, and chicken jus or pan seared branzino with gnocchi, spinach, and champagne butter sauce or lobster tagliatelle with mushroom medley, asparagus, and lemon crème; and chocolate mousse cake with berry coulis and fresh fruit for dessert. The meal is priced at $55.
The regular menu will also be available. Bottiglia will be open 5 -10 p.m. Christmas Eve and 2 – 8 p.m. Christmas Day. Reservations are encouraged and can be made on the website here or by calling (702) 617-7191.
For those who prefer to dine at home, the “Christmas To-Go” menu includes Italian chopped salad; rigatoni bolognese; Bistecca tenderloin alla Florentina; and chocolate budino for dessert. The meal is priced at $275 and serves up to eight people. Orders can be placed until Thursday, Dec. 23 at noon by calling (702) 617-7191.
