Shake Shack is announcing a new truffle-centric menu featuring a Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries served with real black truffle sauce.
The new burger features gruyere cheese and is topped with black truffle sauce and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun. The Parmesan Garlic Fries features Shake Shack’s famous crinkle cut fries topped with garlic parmesan cheese and served with black truffle sauce on the side, making this the perfect duo for umami-lovers!
The black truffle burger and fries feature real black truffle sauce, made with Regalis Foods’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, the only truly natural truffle product on the market made from Spanish black truffles and California extra virgin olive oil. Founded by Ian Purkayastha and based in New York City, Regalis is a specialty food purveyor known for providing luxury, tough-to-find products including fresh truffles and rare foraged edibles.
This limited time menu will be available starting October 15, 2021 through January 10, 2022 at all Shake Shacks in the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. Fans can go to the Downtown Summerlin, The District at Green Valley Ranch, the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets and the NYNY locations to try this menu.
