‘Cannabis A La Carte’ Offers In-Depth Information About Medical Marijuana and More
Sun City seniors are invited to attend a free Lunch and Learn educational seminar, “Cannabis a la Carte,” presented by Shango Cannabis on Wednesday, September 29. The event takes place between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Desert Vista Community Center, Rooms 1 & 2, in Sun City Summerlin.
Shango, one of America’s finest and most respected cannabis brands, will introduce seniors to the benefits of medical marijuana and its potential to promote health, healing and happiness. All Sun City residents are welcome, but seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kelli Lebsock, retail manager of Shango Las Vegas, will present a wealth of useful information about cannabis, cannabis products and usage, terpenes and more. Seniors will be especially interested to learn about how the body uses cannabinoids found in marijuana and hemp to maintain health, strengthen the immune system and relieve pain, inflammation and other symptoms.
Lebsock will discuss Shango’s loyalty rewards program and how seniors can get free home delivery of Shango products at a 15 percent discount. She will also answer questions and assist those who want to order from Shango’s online menu.
Todd Denkin and Shelby Stanley of Digipath Labs will also be on hand to educate seniors about the importance of cannabis product testing and how to understand the label information on cannabis products.
The free lunch and soft drinks will be provided by Summit Restaurant in Sun City.
