Leoncito Introduces Happy Hour, Express Lunch and More to Its Mexican-Inspired Program
Leoncito, located inside Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, is kicking off 2024 with sizzling new promotions.
The Mexican-inspired restaurant opened in November 2023 and is expanding its offerings with Happy Hour, Express Lunch, Tequila Tuesday and Bottomless Margaritas.
Happy Hour
Mon. – Fri. | 3 – 5 p.m.
Leoncito’s Happy Hour takes place every Mon. – Fri. from 3 – 5 p.m. at Leoncito’s bar & high-top tables. Happy Hour’s menu features a selection of 1 Taco (chicken, sweet potato or beef), Taquitos, Chicken or Cheese Quesadillas, Watermelon Tostada, Queso Fundido and Guacamole. Drink options include a Draft Beer, Michelada, Frozen Pina Picante, Frozen Guayaba Colada and a Margarita.
Express Lunch
Mon. – Fri. | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Leoncito’s new Express Lunch programming is available Mon. – Fri. from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The Express Lunch menu includes a three-course lunch – one starter, one main and one dessert. The menu options include Aguachile, Taquitos and Cotija Caesar for appetizers, Cheese or Chicken Enchilada, Chicken Tinga Taco, Sweet Potato Taco, Baja Fish Taco, Barbacoa Taco, Chicken or Carnitas Burrito, Salmon and Steak Picado for entrees and an option between an Ice Cream Sundae or Bunuelos for dessert.
Tequila Tuesday

Bringing a Leoncito twist to Taco Tuesday, the restaurant presents Tequila Tuesday, offering half-off select Tequilas from brand partners, serving you all day.
Bottomless Margaritas
Sat. & Sun. | 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
On Sat. and Sun. brunch hours running from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Leoncito offers bottomless margaritas, limiting the time to 2 hours per guest.Online reservations are encouraged, with walk-ins available pending availability.
