Park on Fremont, Corner Bar Management’s whimsical restaurant and bar at 506 Fremont St. in the Fremont East Entertainment District, will reopen at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9. With its reopening, Park on Fremont will reveal new patio renovations that have been made in recent months, as well as new menu selections.
In addition to fresh new florals and greenery in Park on Fremont’s outdoor gardens, the picturesque patios now offer an upgraded sound system and a DJ booth, added to the back patio. Park on Fremont’s brunch and supper club, Garden Party, offers food and beverage service with live entertainment options. Tickets include table service reservations, bottle service packages and specialty menus, plus local DJs and late-night performances on the back patio.
New menu selections include a crunchy Thai peanut quinoa salad with cabbage, carrots, snow peas, cilantro, green onions and chopped peanuts, priced at $14; loaded nachos, made with house-made tortilla chips, picadillo, nacho cheese, jalapeños, avocado, salsa roja, cilantro, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and crema sauce, priced at $15; and roasted cauliflower steak with ginger, turmeric, cranberry, green goddess dressing, radish and parsley, priced at $16; among others.
Classic menu favorites include avocado toast, avocado spread, arugula, sunflower seeds and a poached egg atop country sourdough toast, priced at $14; garbage fries, wedge fries topped with pork belly, shredded cheese, jalapeños, green onions, diced tomatoes, avocado, Park on Fremont signature sauce and a sunny side up egg, priced at $16; and the old school park sandwich, a garlic mini French roll topped with smoked beef brisket, pastrami, provolone cheese, cherry peppers, pickles, coleslaw and signature sauce, served with fries, priced at $18; and more.
Park on Fremont’s signature cocktails, priced at $10 each, include: The Unicorn, made with Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint, fresh lemon, ginger beer and mint; Pillow Talk, a combination of vodka, pear syrup, fresh strawberries, cucumber, lemon, orange, club soda and mint; and The Hopster, made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, fresh lime juice and Stiegl Radler grapefruit beer, served with a salted rim.
Park on Fremont will be open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Sunday. Brunch is offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends and features bottomless mimosas. Park on Fremont will be in full adherence to government health and safety mandates set by the State of Nevada, which include full mask requirements for employees and guests, entry temperature checks and strict social distancing.
