Cabo Wabo Cantina’s Over-the-Top Breakfasts are Back in Time for the Holiday Weekend
Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ restaurant and bar, Cabo Wabo Cantina, located in the heart of Las Vegas at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will be at the center of the action this Labor Day weekend. With one of the top patios to party on the Las Vegas, Cabo Wabo’s a top spot on the Strip and serves killer cocktails, signature Mexican food and flavorful breakfasts – which have returned just in time for holiday weekend, from Friday, Sept. 3 to Monday, Sept. 6.
Throughout the long weekend, guests can kick back and relax on Cabo Wabo’s outdoor patio, which offers panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, and take in signature cocktails such as the CW Mai Tai, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Sailor Jerry Rum, Orgeat, tropical juices and grenadine, topped with a float of Meyer’s Rum, priced at $15.20; and the Vojito, made with Pinnacle Blackberry Vodka, fresh blackberries, blueberries, lime and mint, topped with soda water, priced at $16.40; plus an extensive list of bottled and tap beers.
Cabo Wabo Cantina’s indulgent breakfasts have returned in time for weekend visitors to fuel their holiday weekends. Created by longtime Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland, the menu serves traditional Mexican breakfasts such as the Chilaquiles Con Huevos, prepared with fresh tortilla chips, shredded chicken, onions, Oaxacan cheese, sour cream, topped with two eggs and choice of red or green salsa, priced at $15.95; and twists on classics such as French toast made with fresh brioche bread and topped warm maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream, priced at $13.95.
Morning dishes can be accompanied by Cabo Wabo’s beloved brunch cocktails such as the Paradise Punch, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Grand Marnier, orange, cranberry and passion fruit, topped with sparkling wine, priced at $13.35; or classic cocktails, priced at $12.40, including Bellinis, screwdrivers and mimosas.
