On Thursday, August 5th, 2021, at 7:00 PM, The Australian Bee Gees Show – A Tribute to the Bee Gees celebrates its 3,000th show on the famed Las Vegas Strip at Excalibur Hotel & Casino.
To celebrate this career milestone, audience members will be treated to an incredibly special performance with celebrity guests and other surprises not usually seen in the show but still including, of course, the legendary music of The Bee Gees.
The show opened at Excalibur on February 1, 2011. Since then, they have celebrated many career milestones including being voted Best Tribute Show on the Strip twice by the Las Vegas Review Journal’s The Best Of Las Vegas. The show was honored by Carolyn Goodman, the Mayor of Las Vegas, with a Proclamation celebrating July 7, 2018, as The Australian Bee Gees Show Day, and this year they celebrated 25 years together as a group performing continuously.
“The Bee Gees are one of the most beloved bands of all time. We are so fortunate and honored to have our partners, The Australian Bee Gees Show, keeping the fever alive night after night in the Entertainment Capital of the World. This is no small feat! Cheers to 3,000+ more performances!” said Adam Steck, Producer and Founder of SPI Entertainment. “I love that the music transforms you back to a simpler time of bell bottoms, polyester suits, and dancing the night away at the discotech” added Alex Schechter, SR. Vice President at SPI Entertainment.
“We knew our show would be successful in the United States, but we could have never imagined we would be playing on the Vegas Strip for the past 10 years, and now approaching 3,000 performances. It’s been a gift that we have been given and we are very grateful,” said Michael Clift, Founder and Producer of The Australian Bee Gees Show, who also portrays Barry Gibb. It’s Saturday Night Fever every night with The Australian Bee Gees Show – A Tribute to the Bee Gees. One of the most successful and adored acts in musical history is recreated on the Vegas stage in a 75-minute multi-media concert event.
The show features a chronology of the greatest hits from the wonderful music of the Brothers Gibb, including More Than A Woman, Night Fever, Stayin’ Alive, Jive Talkin’ and How Do You Mend A Broken Heart just to name a few. The Australian Bee Gees Show have captured the look, the sound and the personality that defines one of the most successful in musical history. For one night only, be a part of the magic that is, The Australian Bee Gees Show – A Tribute to the Bee Gees.
