One Steakhouse will celebrate Father’s Day, a special holiday for owners Michael Morton and David Morton, to honor their father, famed restaurateur Arnie Morton.
Located at the exhilarating new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, One Steakhouse will recognize dads with a featured rib eye and scotch pairing on Sunday, June 20.
Prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, the signature 18 oz. dry aged bone-in New York rib eye is priced at $68 and can be paired with the “Bootlegger” cocktail, infused with MaCallan 12-Year Double Cask Single Malt Scotch, all natural spiced-apple syrup, and Australian aromatic and barrel-spice bitters, presented table-side with aromatic smoke, priced at $20.
One Steakhouse’s full menu of steaks, decadent appetizers and sides will also be available, including a 16 oz. New York strip; a 32 oz. tomahawk prepared with a roasted chili rub; grilled maple-glazed bacon with poached egg; maitake mushrooms; and more.
