Brandon Wiegand, chief commercial officer of The Source+, spoke to Leadership Henderson’s class of 2020 during a “Thank Leadership it’s Friday” breakfast. Wiegand discussed how The Source+ successfully combated the challenges and the economic impact the company faced throughout 2020, as well as future plans for the company.
The class split into groups during the day and visited local businesses, including The Source+, to learn about the company on-site. General manager of The Source+’s Henderson location, Kristen Baligian, gave attendees a tour of the dispensary’s Henderson location to showcase daily operations at the store. Afterwards, Leadership Henderson hosted a happy hour and raffle where five winners were prized with a gift certificate to use with a minimum purchase of $0.01 at The Source+’s Henderson dispensary.
Leadership Henderson is a nonprofit organization within the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Designed as a program of exploration and examination, Leadership Henderson examines issues, asks critical questions and strives to provide answers that do not conform to the status quo. The program is a seven-month course devoted to educating and empowering civic-minded professionals with a goal of building and maintaining a strong network of effective community leaders.
