Special three-course menu available June 7-18 benefitting Three Square Food Bank
In support of Three Square Food Bank, Chef/Owner Brian Howard has announced a special menu in support of one of the city’s highly anticipated dining events: Las Vegas Restaurant Week. From June 7-18, guests can order from a three-course menu for $50, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Three Square. Chef Howard is a longstanding member of the non-profit organization’s Culinary Council.
Sparrow + Wolf’s Restaurant Week menu is as follows:
Hamachi crudo, cold pressed cucumber aguachile, blood orange & shiso
Grilled asparagus, avocado & fennel salad, torn sourdough, ramen egg,
ginger shallot dressing
Maine lobster gnocchi, white asparagus, bearnaise (optional vegetarian)
Beef cheek ravioli, maitake mushrooms, bone marrow, horseradish, peas
Robbins island wagyu beef ribeye, sweet onion, furikake, tosazu (+25 supplement)
Key lime pie, lime leaf, coconut meringue
Sparrow + Wolf’s full menu as well as the Chef’s Tasting Menu will also remain available during this time.
