July and August Tasting Menu
Harlø Steakhouse & Bar in Downtown Summerlin® presents its latest tasting menu, showcasing the finest in authentic French cuisine for July and August.
Now available bi-monthly, Harlø Steakhouse brings forth Executive Chef Partner Gina Marinelli’s most recent tasting menu of French fare, now available through the end of August. Priced at $95 per person, the four-course tasting menu includes:
- First course (choice of):
- Ratatouille and poached egg served with summer zucchini, tomato vinaigrette and charred country bread
- Brie en croute with tart cherry jam and fine herbs
- Second course: Escargot spaghetti made with parsley butter and garlic breadcrumbs
- Third course (choice of):
- Moules frittes made with PEI mussels, shallot broth, dijonaise and crispy leeks
- Steak Diane made with bavette, Kerry’s mushrooms, cognac and raclette whipped potatoes
- Dessert: Souffle made with grand marnier, vanilla gelato and orange
Additionally, to pair with the four-course menu, Harlø Steakhouse will offer featured wines, including:
- Grenache Blanc, Delas, Côtes du Rhône, Rhône Valley 2021 ($45)
- Chardonnay, La Chablisienne, Le Finage, Chablis, Burgundy 2020 ($80)
- Cabernet Franc, Château Yvonne, La Folie, Saumur-Champigny 2022 ($90)
- Merlot Blend, Elian da Ros, Chante Coucou, Côtes du Marmandais 2020 ($65)
Next, Harlø Steakhouse will offer Chef Gina Marinelli’s September and October tasting menu featuring Argentinian cuisine.
