Ortega and his posse made their way to JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin at approximately 8:45 p.m., where they enjoyed dinner paired with sounds by a live deejay in conjunction with the restaurant’s Industry Mondays. Ortega and his team noshed on upscale Asian-influenced bites, including Diver Sea Scallops, Filet Mignon Fried Rice, a Center Cut New York Striploin, and Garlic French Fries.
The epic feast was followed by a Matcha Green Tea Crème Brûlée and a Layered Chocolate Cake finale. The group was spotted exiting the venue just after 11 p.m.
Ortega was slated to fight Alex Volkanovski at the UFC 260 co-main event, scheduled to take place in Las Vegas on March 27th. The fight was canceled due to a positive COVID-19 test result on behalf of Volkanovski.
