AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, the full-service Italian-American restaurant located at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas, will honor veterans and active duty military with an exclusive 10% discount off their bill for Veterans Day on Saturday, Nov. 11.

From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., veterans and active-duty military can enjoy AMARI’s signature dishes, wine, spirits and cocktails.
Popular choices include sesame arancini made with beef, pork sausage and Tallegio cheese, served with house-made tomato sauce, priced at $14; big eye tuna crudo served with Cara Cara oranges, cucumber, fennel and Colatura di alici, priced at $22; the fragrant campanelle pasta made with crab, tomato, fennel, crème fraiche and pesto, priced at $29; and woodfired pizzas including mushroom, topped with local mushrooms, garlic-miso creme, feta, mozzarella, basil, mint and parsley, priced at $22.

AMARI’s impressive spirits and vast wine and beer lists complement various dishes on the menu. The wine collection offers an exploration of diverse and playful wines for guests to discover.
The selection of signature cocktails offers light and refreshing flavors with the Luna Rossa, crafted using Ketel One cucumber and mint vodka, fresh cucumber, Italicus, lime and honey; and savory amaro cocktails like the Tuscan Gold, made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, lemon, honey and topped with a Sangiovese float, both priced at $17.
