Elevated food hall adds freshly shucked oysters to weekday menu selections
The weekday offering will be available at Proper Eats’ Proper Bar, a picturesque social hub overlooking the resort’s lavish pool, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Oysters range from top varietals found from coast to coast including Atlantic Blue Point oysters, among others, pending availability. Shucked to order and presented on a bed of ice with housemade cocktail and mignonette sauces, the oysters are priced at $1.50 each.
Guests can escape the Las Vegas heat and pair their oysters with the bar’s classic cocktails on draft or signature hand-crafted cocktails, such as the Gin-Z, featuring a combination of gin, Aperol and Prosecco, priced at $16.
Proper Bar also offers a selection of wines and beers that pair well with fresh oysters.
With multiple seating options and an array of HDTVs, perfect for pristine sports viewing, Proper Bar is the hub to the contemporary food forum while providing a lively atmosphere with upbeat music overhead and fast-paced creative mixologists crafting tried-and-true cocktails.
The opulent bar provides views of the Las Vegas desert and ARIA’s luxurious pool from the floor-to-ceiling windows, while proving to be a happening haven for guests looking to quench their thirst.
