Gaetano’s is excited to celebrate twenty-one years in Henderson with this five-course dinner featuring DAOU Family Estates California wines.

The menu will feature dishes hand selected to match the style of each California wine and will feature the debut tasting of the DAOU 2020 Soul of a Lion in Nevada. During the dinner, Palmeri and Pesquera will guide guests through the one-night-only pairing menu, which includes:
First Course – Sicilian Arugula Salad: fennel, blood orange, vinaigrette dressing
DAOU sauvignon blanc
Second Course – Crab Cake: dijon, shallot, white wine sauce, greens
DAOU Bodyguard, chardonnay
Third Course– Paccheri Pasta: braised Mediterranean lamb ragu
DAOU Bodyguard, red blend
Fourth Course – Ribeye Filet: red wine reduction with truffle mac & cheese
Vertical Tasting: DAOU Soul of a Lion, cabernet sauvignon 19’ & 20’
