Kassi Beach House, from renowned hospitality group, Wish You Were Here and restaurateur Nick Mathers, located inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will celebrate Valentine’s Day with delicious dining and cocktail specials.
The coastal Italian hotspot will feature shareable dishes like the Arancini, braised veal topped with capers and lemon($21), Pan Seared Scallops with brown butter cauliflower puree ($38), and Braised Short Rib served with creamy polenta ($42).
No Valentine’s Day dinner is complete without a sweet treat, and guests can enjoy the Chocolate Pot De Cremé with brandied cherries ($12) for dessert.
The regular menu filled with delectable pizzas, pastas and more will also be available.
Guests will toast to love with Valentine’s Day-themed cocktails and punch bowls, such as The Honeymoon, made with Haku vodka, white chocolate, raspberry, lemon, alcohol-infused whipped cream, served on the rocks ($17) or the Ménage À Trois, Tres Generaciones tequila, strawberry-orgeat syrup, and lime, served as a martini ($18).
Kassi Beach House will also host the first annual Valentine’s Day House Party on Wednesday, Feb 15. Attendees can enjoy half off all pastas, select bottles and featured cocktails beginning at 9 p.m. The evening will be complete with a live DJ and festive decorations.
