Love is in the air! Table 34, which serves elevated farm-to-table cuisine at 600 E. Warm Springs Rd. #180, will treat sweethearts to a romantic four-course meal this Valentine’s Day, available exclusively from 4:30 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14.
Priced at $70 per person, the meal begins with the choice of fresh market oysters, served raw with cocktail sauce or Rockefeller style; shrimp savoy served with sherry cream and toasted bread; or chickpea bruschetta with basil hummus, cherry tomatoes and fine shallots.
The second course will include the choice between French onion soup, made with beef broth, sauteed onions and topped with rich provolone cheese, Grana Padano cheese and croutons; a mixed green salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette; or a Caesar salad.
For the main course, guests may choose between five decadent dishes, including 14-ounce Greater Omaha ribeye with mashed potatoes and chimichurri sauce; pretzel-crusted walleye served with an edamame purée and Brussels sprouts; orecchiette pasta with chicken sausage and broccolini in a lemon beurre blanc sauce; Anchor Steam pork chop served with broccolini, sweet potato and a honey-molasses sauce; or a crab Louie salad with radish, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and tossed with Louie dressing.
To complete the dinner, Table 34 will offer the choice of a dessert: peanut butter pie, raspberry and mint cheesecake or bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.
Guests can pair their meals with a glass of wine from Table 34’s expanded wine menu, which features more than 150 wines, or one of the restaurant’s signature cocktails, such as the French Squeezed cocktail, crafted with American Harvest vodka, Lillet Blanc, apricot, passionfruit, pineapple, lime, cardamom and mint.
