Valentine’s with Carmine’s & Virgil’s

On Valentine’s Day, Carmine’s inside The Forum Shops will offer specials including Stuffed Salmon ($65), Roasted Beef Tenderloin ($130) and Spaghetti Carbonara ($37.50).

Virgil’s Real Barbeque at The LINQ Promenade will feature Surf & Turf, with a 32 oz porterhouse, 2 shrimp skewers, mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and homemade cornbread. ($99).

Each restaurant will also offer to-go packages for those romancing at home:

• Carmine’s Love Them Package for two
  $99 – includes garlic bread, penne vodka, chicken parmigiana and a chocolate torte. 
• Carmine’s Really Love Them Package
  $245, feeds two with leftovers – includes baked clams, porterhouse steak, mixed seafood red linguini and chocolate torte – Add prosecco ($25 bottle) or Magnum Special House Wine ($95 bottle).
• Virgil’s Love Them Package for two
  $75 – includes mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, trash ribs, whole BBQ chicken, homemade cornbread and chocolate cake slice.
• Virgil’s Really Love Them Package
  $150 – feeds two with leftovers – includes trainwreck fries, BBQ chicken wings, Pig Out samples with BBQ chicken, brisket, pulled pork and ribs, mad & cheese, banana pudding – Add Rum Runner ($12/ half liter) or Prosecco ($25 bottle)
