Ada’s Wine Bar is hosting a special five-course meal in celebration of New Year’s Eve.
The dinner will feature five courses from Chef de Cuisine Jackson Stamper and Sous Chef Mick Skarda complementing wines hand-selected by Ada’s Lead Sommelier Kat Thomas.
Tickets are priced at $100 per person for dinner only, plus $65 for the wine pairing, plus taxes, fees and gratuity. Tickets must be purchased in advance at adaslv.com.
The special menu includes:
- Amuse – Savory Pâte à Choux
- First Course – Choice of Fried Oysters Rockefeller OR Vegetable Terrine with mushroom caviar
- Second Course – Beet Mezzaluna with golden beet, Chiogga, poppy seed, dill
- Third Course – Choice of 10 oz. Creekstone NY Strip with braised mushroom, charred broccolini, demi-glacé OR Pan Roasted Black Seabass with poached salsify, onion soubise OR Parsnip-Truffle Risotto
- Palate Cleanser – Blood Orange Sorbet
- Dessert – Chef Lezlee’s Chocolate Delight
