Americana at Desert Shoes has announced their Valentine’s Day meal service for February 14, 2021. The restaurant will offer a curated Valentine’s Day menu from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on that day.
Diners can customize their five-course Valentine’s Day meal.
The meal is priced at $140/pp plus tax and gratuity. Wine Pairing Available $45
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols and limited occupancy, guests are required to make reservations during allotted time slots. Reservations of 2-4 people may be made online or by calling the restaurant. Larger parties should call the restaurant directly to discuss accommodations.

Chef Stephen Blandino is a New York native and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. After a year working under Charlie Palmer at Aureole in New York, Blandino moved to Las Vegas to work at Aureole Las Vegas and worked his way from line cook to Executive Chef at Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons Las Vegas.
