If you’re planning to visit Las Vegas soon, you’re probably wondering which top Las Vegas restaurants are worth eating at.
There are certainly plenty of places that every first-time visitor to Sin City should, visibly, check out.
Las Vegas has the best celebrity chef restaurants. If you want food by your favorite celebrities, visit Las Vegas. Try one of Gordon Ramsay’s six Vegas restaurants. Giada De Laurentiis serves Italian food at two restaurants. Take a seat at Martha Stewart’s table at The Bedford. You’ll also find food from Guy Savoy, Guy Fieri, and Bobby Flay.
So I think these are enough reasons to hurry and pack up and pamper your taste buds. But if you think you are too busy now for a last minute trip maybe reading about them will be enough to please your eyes at least.
Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen
Hell’s Kitchen is one of Gordon Ramsay’s five Las Vegas restaurants. Vegas Hell’s Kitchen opened in 2018. It’s located in front of Caesars Palace. The front windows overlook the Strip, but the real action is inside, in the open kitchen where a huge culinary team works to also entertain the customers.
The Red and Blue kitchens serve modern lunch and dinner menus, including Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes, such as:
- Beef Wellington: Gordon Ramsay’s most talked about signature dish served with potato puree, glazed root vegetables and a red wine demi-glace.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding: the cake is topped with toffee sauce and paired with Speculoos ice cream
- Smoke Box: a fun specialty cocktail with a distinct flavor
He also owns Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s, a steak house called Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas and a burger joint called Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. So if you would like to try out any of his restaurants you have plenty of options in Las Vegas.
Martha Stewart The Bedford
The 194-seat restaurant was inspired by her 1925 farmhouse in Westchester, New York. The menu features French-inspired cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. It’s on Le Boulevard, a French street with a painted sky and imitation paving stones.
If you have the chance to book a table, don’t forget to try out her most cherished dishes:
- Whole Roast Chicken: the bird is seasoned librabet, salted, and left to dry. This keeps the skin crispy. Then, she puts a mix of breadcrumbs, butter, herbs, and spices under the skin of the bird
- Smashed Baked Potato: a server cuts a little slash into the Yukon potato to break the skin at the bottom before it is served. It is then reshaped, finished with butter, salt and pepper, and served with chives, lightly crisped Nueske bacon lardons, and creme fraiche.
- Big Martha’s Pierogis: The filling is potato, cream cheese, green onions, and brown butter. The dumplings are laid in a dish with nutty browned butter.
The Bedford makes sure that you feel like visiting your favorite aunt in France who prepared home cooked food for your arrival. But don’t be tricked, you have to book your seats in advance, for sure.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay
Try Bobby Flay’s restaurant at Caesars Palace, Amalfi opened in Las Vegas in May of 2021. Flay was inspired by his travels to the Amalfi Coast. Amalfi is a Mediterranean paradise.
Flay suggests that a perfect meal should include fish, handmade pasta, and Italian cocktails. Why shouldn’t we listen to a chef’s advice!
Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa
Nobu first opened in 2013, it was the absolute first of its kind from Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu in Caesars Palace was designed by the Rockwell Group, but it feels like it was designed by a Zen master. The dining room is lined with curved bamboo columns, so it feels like you’re sitting inside a traditional ikebana basket.
The most popular dish is black cod with sweet miso, garlic chips, and ginger in a butter lettuce cup. Try the yellowtail with jalapeño. Guests can try librabet and a wide variety of sushi, including abalone, sea eel, toro, mackerel, and barracuda.
Nobu offers three rare Japanese sakes from Hokusetsu Brewery on Sado Island. One is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.
So, if you feel like trying out some special and unique type of food, Nobu is one of the greatest choices.
Whenever you feel like you need an exciting trip to a bright city, think about Las Vegas and about the entertainment opportunities that it offers. Not only you will experience once in a lifetime entertainment but you will also have some great dishes along the way.
