Chef Carlos Cruz and the team China Poblano at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas have announced a special selection of margaritas and festive dishes with the announcement of their Mexican Independence Day offerings.

Since 2002, the team at Jaleo has paid their annual respects to this beloved dish with all-new featured paellas developed by ThinkFoodGroup chefs and paella experts from around the world, along with sommelier-selected Spanish wines and craft cocktails that provide the perfect pairing.
From Las Vegas to D.C. and every Jaleo in between, Chef José Andrés will be serving up limited-edition paellas each day of the week to showcase their live-fire paella pit’s diverse and delicious offerings, as the centerpiece of Jaleo’s authenticity.
